Airport T4: Line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios, connect with Line 10 to Alonso Martínez and, finally, go to Line 5 to Chueca..
Chamartín: Line 10 to Alonso Martínez, conect with Line 5 to Chueca.
Atocha: Line 1 to Gran Vía and conect with Line 5 to Chueca.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in time?
Of course we do! Our reception is operational from 08:00 am. From that time on, we will be happy to receive you whenever you decide.
Can I leave my luggage after check-out?
Of course. On your departure we will gladly keep your luggage for as long as it takes.
How late is the reception desk open?
Our reception is operational until 00:00. If your arrival is after this time, you will have to contact our Contact Center and we will share with you the instructions so that you can access your room independently and without having to go through reception
Do you have late check out?
Our official departure time is 12:00 am. quietly. Everything varies depending on the arrival time of our next client.
Do you have an agreement with a nearby parking lot?
Yes, Mercado San Antón is the closest parking lot with which we have an agreement. It is located in C/ Libertad, 27, 24 hours a day.
The price per day is 20€, without moving the car, and 22€ if you enter or leave.
Remember to stamp your ticket with our receptionist.
Can I drive my car into the center of Madrid?
As a non-resident, access to Madrid Central has the following restrictions:
Stickers B or C: access is allowed to use a public parking.
Sticker A or without sticker: they cannot circulate.
Sticker 0 emissions and ECO can enter and circulate.
Do you have a crib?
Yes, we have cribs available for the little ones. Always under availability and previous request.
Are there toiletries in the room?
Indeed, your room is equipped with all the toiletries you may need: liquid soap, shampoo and hand soap.
